Return Policies:

  • Clothing  – we accept returns on new clothing designed by Conscious Lifestyle Collective only. We do not accept returns on secondhand items, please ensure you contact us on Whatsapp if you want to see the items on video or need more images to ensure order.  You have 7 days after arrival for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached to return. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the retailer. Your return will be processed as soon as it arrives back to us. You will receive an email with a coupon code for your store credit. Make sure to save this email with your code. Please note original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed. 
  • Home decor – we do not accept returns for home decor. We are a small shop and won’t except returns on home decor simply for “a change of mind”. Please email us at if there are any questions regarding items and we can discuss how to proceed.
  • Baskets – we do NOT accept returns of any kind for baskets.

Exchanges: at this time we can’t offer exchanges due to items being sold out.


Shipping:  All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order. 

We typically ship through UAfrica or Pep-Pep. We do not ship internationally as yet, please email us to make arrangements,

Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. 

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen

We prepare orders every Monday and Friday in order to reduce yours and our carbon footprint. Thank you your understanding

If you have multiple orders during our shipping period we will ship them together and refund any overcharges.
