- Clothing – we accept returns on new clothing designed by Conscious Lifestyle Collective only. We do not accept returns on secondhand items, please ensure you contact us on Whatsapp if you want to see the items on video or need more images to ensure order. You have 7 days after arrival for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached to return. The customer will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the retailer. Your return will be processed as soon as it arrives back to us. You will receive an email with a coupon code for your store credit. Make sure to save this email with your code. Please note original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.
- Home decor & Lifestyle – we do not accept returns for home decor and Lifestyle items. We are a small shop and won’t accept returns on home decor / Lifestyle items simply for “a change of mind”. Please email us at email@example.com if there are any questions regarding items and we can discuss how to proceed.
- Baskets – we do NOT accept returns of any kind for baskets.
- Accessories – Get in contact with us one Whatsapp 0826633226 to ensure sizing of any accessories i.e. ring/s you purchase from us. We will go an extra mile to ensure you get the correct size. Should you wish to return the ring/accessory please arrange and inform us within 3 days and we will refund you once we’ve received the item. Should you wish to exchange you will be liable for the fees of sending the item/s to us and us sending it back to you.
- Beauty – we do NOT accept returns of any kind for beauty or skin products
Shipping: All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order.
We typically ship through UAfrica.. We do not ship internationally as yet, please email us to make arrangements, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen

If you have multiple orders during our shipping period we will ship them together and refund any overcharges.
